Valentines

Hi everyone!

I have a couple of scrappy valentines.  For the first one I used Stampin' Up stamps and dies..  also smeared on white ink.  For the second one I made a template by punching hearts into washi tape.  I stuck this to my card and smeared with pink ink.  Remove the tape and this is what you get.  Stamps are from W Plus Nine.

Love You

Hello to all.  Blogging from Minneapolis this week.

Made this card with scraps that were laying around in my work area.  Used some old rub ons from Stampin' Up to make the sentiment.  Cut the people with a die from Qwikuts.

Christmas Lights

Hello stampers!

I found the idea for this card at www.meganlockdesigns.blogspot.com.  She is on the design team for My Favorite Things stamps.  Of course, stamps are from MFT.  I colored the image with Copic markers and switched up the papers a little, but otherwise followed her design.  Check out her blog, its good.

For this card, I found the idea at www.stampingalatte.blogspot.com.  This designer is also on the MFT design team.  I made the little bulb tag with an ornament die from Stampin' Up.  The flake die is from MFT.  Again, I pretty much followed the same design but switched to some papers from My Minds Eye.

Have a great day!.  from Martha

Hello everyone!

Today I have a simple card to share.  The Kraft background piece was a scrap that had the oval cut out and used for another project.  The sentiment stamp is from Papertrey Ink.  The dies are from Stampin' Up.

Peace and Joy

Hello to all!  December is here.  I spent the afternoon putting Christmas lights up outside.

Today's Christmas card is made with Stampin' Up background paper and punch.  Stamps are from Papertrey Ink as is the matching die.  The scalloped circle punch I think is Martha Stewart.

Merry Christmas

Hello to all!

I made today's card with a set from Papertrey Ink, using the matching die to cut out the pine bough.  The splotchy background stamp is from a Stampin' Up set, as is the stamps and punch used to make the greeting circle.

Good evening everyone!

I sat one afternoon and stamped a whole bunch of Christmas greetings from Papertrey Ink.  Then I cut them all out in different shapes with dies.  I came back another day and was able to whip up a whole bunch of cards way fast.  Plus, it was fun!

This one uses the Christmas cabin from Stampin and up and paper also from stampin up.

You will be seeing lots more of my "premade" Christmas sentiments this week.

Gratitude

Hello to all!

To make this card, I used a die from Stampin' Up to make a template for the sponged area.  I sponged with Distress ink from Tim Holtz, then stamped with stamps from Stampin' Up.  Matted the image and background and added a ribbon.  This was super easy and really turned out to be pretty.

7 Gypsies Tags

Hello to all!

For todays cards, I started with a premade tag from 7 Gypsies.  These have been in my stash for a while and were just begging to be used.  I punched the lacy circle and the green circle, then put a premade bird from Prima on the focal piece.  The sentiment is from Stampin' Up.  And just for the record, Grace does NOT like the foam arrow from American Crafts!  (at least not on this project....).  But I do.

Here is basically the same layout.  Again started with a tag from 7 Gypsies.  The witches shoe is a die from Quickutz.  The sentiments are from Stampin' Up.  That denim ribbon is also Stampin' Up.  Added lace and button to this one.  The colors are kind of unusual for Halloween, but I think it works.

Autumn Cards

Hello to all!

We had a nice cool day here so I thought I would post some autumn themed cards.  I made the shaded background on this card by sponging ink on a template I made with a Stampin Up die.  Then I stamped the leaves (from Rubber Stamp Tapestry) with various inks around the edge of the shaded area.  The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.  I added a little accent by punching holes around the edge of the shaded area.  The background paper  is from ? can't remember.....

This card uses the same technique with stamps from Stampin' Up.

Enjoy your evening.  from Martha

Pretty birds.

Hi to all!

I have spent a whole afternoon playing with my sets and dies from W Plus 9.  I really like the birds.

This first card I found the idea on Iwona Palamountains blog, www.randomactsofcreativity.blogspot.com.  The definition stamp is from Stampin' Up.  Paper is from Doodlebug Designs.

The ideas for the next two cards were found on this blog:  www.twotearsinmybucket.blogspot.com.  Paper is from Stampin' Up.

And the last one for today is probably my favorite.  Papers are from Stampin' Up and Studio Calico.  Dies are from Spellbinders and W Plus 9.

Fun Elephant

Hello everyone!

I love my new stamp set from Waltzing Mouse Designs.  She looks so cute on the elephant.  I collect elephant stamps so could not resist this one.  Paper is from Stampin' Up.  Die from Spellbinders.

As usual, I made several cards with the same stampset.  I thought this would be a good graduation card.  This time I cut out the elephant and girl, then made a path with washi tape.

Yup, there is another one.  The little star stamp on the background is from Stampin' Up.

Trees

Hello to all!

I saw the idea for this card on a blog called www.iheart2stamp.blogspot.com.  I changed the papers, the sentiment and the embellishments.  Tree die is from My Favorite Things.  Also used Spellbinders dies.  Sentiment stamp is from Close to My Heart.  Paper is from My Minds Eye.  Circle stickers are from Cloud 9 Studios.  This was a really fun layout to make.

So I made another one!!

The sentiment stamp on this one is from Stampin' Up.  Those small brown tiles are from Club Scrap.

Made this little card with the scraps from the above projects.  Little stamp and label punch are from Stampin' Up.

Have a great day.  from Martha
