Hello to everyone!

Today I have some more cards made with W Plus 9 stamp sets and dies.  Had a great afternoon with these this week.

Found this idea at www.randomactsofcreativity.blogspot.com.  The central circle is a sticker from my stash.  I stamped a Stampin' Up woodgrain background stamp over the background.   It turned out pretty subtle because of the texture of the cardstock.

Idea for this one came from www.dahliamemories.blogspot.com.  This was easy and fun.

I saw a card like this on www.themangoboysandme.blogspot.com.  My background stamp is from Stamper's Anonymous.  Sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

Thats all I have for now using these birds--but I like them so you will definitely see more down the road!

Pretty birds.

Hi to all!

I have spent a whole afternoon playing with my sets and dies from W Plus 9.  I really like the birds.

This first card I found the idea on Iwona Palamountains blog, www.randomactsofcreativity.blogspot.com.  The definition stamp is from Stampin' Up.  Paper is from Doodlebug Designs.

The ideas for the next two cards were found on this blog:  www.twotearsinmybucket.blogspot.com.  Paper is from Stampin' Up.

And the last one for today is probably my favorite.  Papers are from Stampin' Up and Studio Calico.  Dies are from Spellbinders and W Plus 9.

Have a great day.  from Martha

Fun Elephant

Hello everyone!

I love my new stamp set from Waltzing Mouse Designs.  She looks so cute on the elephant.  I collect elephant stamps so could not resist this one.  Paper is from Stampin' Up.  Die from Spellbinders.

As usual, I made several cards with the same stampset.  I thought this would be a good graduation card.  This time I cut out the elephant and girl, then made a path with washi tape.

Yup, there is another one.  The little star stamp on the background is from Stampin' Up.

Trees

Hello to all!

I saw the idea for this card on a blog called www.iheart2stamp.blogspot.com.  I changed the papers, the sentiment and the embellishments.  Tree die is from My Favorite Things.  Also used Spellbinders dies.  Sentiment stamp is from Close to My Heart.  Paper is from My Minds Eye.  Circle stickers are from Cloud 9 Studios.  This was a really fun layout to make.

So I made another one!!

The sentiment stamp on this one is from Stampin' Up.  Those small brown tiles are from Club Scrap.

Made this little card with the scraps from the above projects.  Little stamp and label punch are from Stampin' Up.

Hello everyone!

I made this pocket card for my son on the first day of school.  The sun die is from My Favorite Things.  The plaid paper is from Basic Grey.

I made this little tag to go in the pocket with stamps from My Favorite Things and Studio Calico.

Inside of the card looks like this.

Birthday

Hello everyone!

Supplies for today's card are all from Stampin' Up other than the Spellbinders die used to make the frame.  I also spritzed the image with Chalk Board spritz and Glimmer spritz from Tattered Angels.

Here, I used the same background paper from Webster's Pages.  Also used the same stamp set from Stampin' Up.  Again, I spritzed with the above listed spritz'.  I always get nervous to spray my finished project with the spritz, but it almost always turns out good!

Hey

Hello to everyone!

I found this idea on Iwona Palamountain's blog (Randon Acts of Creativity).  I actually had the same piece of patterned paper that she used (from My Minds Eye).  I used the same colors and layout as she did cuz I liked it so much.  My floral die is from Quikuts, bird die is from Memory Box.  The greeting stamp is from Papertrey Ink.  The stamp used on the kraft background piece is from Stampin' Up.  I really like this card!

Merry Christmas

As promised I have more cards using this "stack it up" technique.  I used a botanical set from Papertrey Ink in green and red to give it a holiday feel.  I die cut the bird out of felt with a die from Memory Box.  The greeting stamp is from Stampin' Up.

This example has a fall theme.  Stamps are from Stampin' Up and Club Scrap.

So Thankful

Hello to all!

I was tempted by the design team's rewind of this leaf set at Papertrey Ink.  Papers are from Prima.  Not much else to say.

Again, I used my new leaf set from papertrey Ink, added a few brown embellishments, and POOF!

Sending Many Thanks

Good Evening to All!

Today I am posting projects we made at our monthly Stampin' Up group run by Sandy Carlson.

This first card used that technique in which the papers are stacked up and all stamped at the same time.  I really like the way this turned out and it is super easy to do so you will see more variations on this technique in the near future.

I also love this card.  I think I will get this horse set.

All supplies on todays projects are Stampin' Up.

The background setting is my clematis growing on my back deck.

Have a great evening. from Martha

Nature

Hello everyone!

I sat one night and colored a bunch of images with my Copic markers while watching TV.  This image from Flourishes was one of them.

I simply cut it out with Spellbinders,  added background paper (Stampin' Up), and lace and a sentiment from (I think) Hero Arts.  This went together super quick and easy once coloring was done!

Feel Better

Hello to all!

Todays card is made with a My Favorite Things set.  I stamped and colored with Copic markers, cut out with Spellbinder dies.  The kraft tag is from Maya Road.  I embossed the sentiment with off white embossing powder to really make in stand out on the tag.

Here I made basically the same card in a different color scheme.

Hexagons

Hello to everyone!

I spent a day recently playing with this hexagon background die from Papertrey Ink.  Used with coordinating paper pack and a sentiment stamp from My Favorite Things.  I really like the way this turned out.  Will have to play with this more.....

Here I just filled a few of the squares with paper and used stamps from Stampin' Up.

For this card I didn't use any paper fill ins, but I put tulle in an aqua color behind the hexagons.  Looks better in person.......

Here I used the hexagon elements without the frame.  Sentiment is from Papertrey Ink.

Thinking of You

Hello to all!

For todays card I used dies from Papertrey Ink and Spellbinders to create the central medallion.  I think the pattern papers are from Cosmo Cricket.  The sentiment stamp is from Stampin' Up, as is the embossed border and border die.  Twine and done.

But you know I didn't make just one.  On this example I also stamped the Papertrey Ink coordinating stams on the medallion components.  Sentiment and scallop border are from Stampin' Up.

Here I stitched with embroidery floss around the edge to frame things out.  The sentiment is from WaltzingMouse Stamps.

And this one is bright.  Sentiment is from Stampin' Up, as is the ribbon.

Have a great day.  Off to do the dishes and watch the Olympics.  from Martha

Giraffe

Hello to everyone!

This card was the one we made at a Stampin' Up group run by Sandy Carlson.  We colored the giraffe image with white crayon after stamping on glossy paper.  Then brayered on ink to get this really pretty effect.

This was the second project we made at last months class.  I purchased that embossed scalloped border and die and they are awesome.  You will be seeing them on upcoming projects.

As always, the projects Sandy showed us were awesome.  All supplies are Stampin' Up.

Time to Hit the Beach

Good evening to everyone!

Todays card I made with my new set from Waltzingmouse Stamps.  I sponged the background with blue and yellow distress inks then stamped the palm tree.  I cut the scalloped border with a die from Stampin' Up.  To make the seam binding crinkly for the bow I spritzed with water and glimmer mist.

Here I used the same set from Waltzing Mouse Stamps.  I am not sure on the manufacturer of the background paper.  The circles are punched from gold vellum.  I really like this set.

And here is my third example made with the same stamp set.  A strip of striped paper and a left over punched strip complete the card.

Have a great evening.  from Martha
