Fun technique

Morning.  I made this card using a technique Nichole had on her Monday video over at Papertrey Ink.  I used her same layout on this example, but made mine a Christmas card.  This technique for making the central panel is really fun.  Looks like chipboard, which is hard to see on the photo.
Supplies:
Cardstock, ink, ribbon:  Stampin' Up
Stamps:  Papertrey Ink
Dies:  Spellbinders
Paper:  Basic Grey and scraps

A few more examples using the Papertrey Ink Holiday greetings sets.

Pretty Thank You

Morning everyone.  I decided to try a Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge for my card today.  I used Studio Calico papers from their monthly kit.  Actually, some of the papers were just the tags and adds that came in the kit.  I also sewed around in a zigzag stitch with my sewing machine.

Sticker is also from Studio Calico.  Stamps are from Judikins and Rubber Stamp Tapestry.  Yo yo is from Basic Grey.  Ink is Close to my Heart.  Don't know brand on pink twine.  This was a fun pattern.  Have a great day from Martha
