With Sympathy

Hi Everyone.  Hope you are having a nice day.  I made these two cards for my mom.  She wanted some sympathy cards to take home with her after her visit.

The central image was really fun to make.  I stamped background words and floral branch from Gina K Designs on offwhite paper.  Then I sponged over the background with Tim Holtz distress inks.  I like the way it turned out.  Background paper is from Basic Grey.  Sentiment is from Stampin Up.
Ribbon and punch are from Stampin Up.  Mini staples are Tim Holtz.

Thanks for stopping by.  from Martha

Hmm.  What should I blog today?  Relaxing day just hanging out, recuperating.  Gonna stamp some.

This set was made with Cardstock, stamps and ink from Stampin Up.  Seam binding is Snug Hug.  Little butterfly pin is from Maya road.  Other embellishments are from my friends stash.......
I stamped the background as one big sheet and then cut it up to make the cards.  Was actually very fun.
Enjoy the holiday.
